Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure smooth functioning of critical business systems.
• Implement best practices for application support.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
• Knowledge of Azure services and solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Azure environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
