Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Linux, Microsoft Azure IaaS. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Linux, Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of incident management and problem resolution processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Linux.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
