As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, problem diagnosis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and reliability throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business disruption.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent future incidents.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues within financial modules.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems with a focus on financial processes.
• Familiarity with system integration points and data flow within SAP financial modules to ensure seamless operations.
