Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
  • Ability to work with integration points and understand data flows within Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
