Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Required skills include proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. Minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse is required, along with a 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying challenges, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain business continuity and resolve disruptions efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data storage solutions.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with SQL and scripting for data manipulation and automation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and availability.
