Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: Angular. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Angular.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles and component-based architecture.
  • Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex web applications.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
