Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent). Must to have skills: Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, Hpe Silverpeak. Good to have skills: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP. Good to have knowledge on skills: Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls. Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation. Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations. Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network. Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 environments. Experience in global operations or managed service environments is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent field. Relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba) are preferred.
