Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to collaborate with various teams, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management systems. You will play a vital role in maintaining system integrity and enhancing user experience through your problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Strong understanding of system integration and data management principles.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required.
