Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills: SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. Good to have skills: SAP Quality Management (QM). Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and ensuring that all systems function smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system maintenance and support.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex software issues.
• Familiarity with system integration and data flow between various business applications.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes and troubleshooting guides.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
