Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to enhance service delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft application modules.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Ability to document processes and create user manuals for better understanding.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
