Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the software environment. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing the support processes.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to improve efficiency.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services. Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system reliability. Familiarity with incident management and response processes. Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages to streamline operations.
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
