Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: C#,.Net, Azure PaaS, Azure API, YAML, Cosmos DB, Python, Azure AI Search, Graph Databases, AIOPs, Semantic Kernel. Design and develop AI-driven agents, experience with prompt engineering or orchestrating AI agents (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or Copilot extensions). Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within Azure. Leverage Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps. Experience with Azure OpenAI or other AI/LLM-based frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Minimum 3 years of experience is required in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
