Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Expected to perform independently and become an SME
 - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
 - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
 - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients
 - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues
 - Document client issues and resolutions for future reference
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance
 - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
 
Professional & technical skills:
- Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
 - Must to have skills: Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak
 - Good to have skills: BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, STP, SVI, VTP
 - Good to have knowledge on skills: Cloud Networking, Automation, Wireless, Firewalls
 - Proficiency in SD-WAN Operations and implementation
 - Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations
 - Experience in designing and deployment of SDWAN network
 - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
 - Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management
 - Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools
 
Additional information:
- Strong communication and documentation skills
 - Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 environments
 - Experience in global operations or managed service environments is a plus
 
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent field. Relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba) are preferred.
