Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills: SAP ABAP Cloud

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system operations and ensuring that all components work seamlessly together, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be expected to anticipate potential issues and address them before they impact operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Fiori, RAP, CLEAN core extension, ODATA, REST API, CDS Views.
• Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
• Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks.
