Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with database management and data analysis.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence. No location constraints. A 15 years full time education is required.
