Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring the reliability and performance of applications, and continuously improving processes to enhance service delivery. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
