Minimum 12 years of experience is required in Automation in Application Maintenance. A 15 years full time education is required.
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, ensuring the smooth operation of essential business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place. Your role will require you to analyze complex issues, implement solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with application monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes.
- Experience in incident management and resolution processes.
