Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to identify automation opportunities, developing solutions to enhance efficiency, and ensuring that the automation processes align with client needs and expectations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to strategic decisions, and support your team in achieving their objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions implemented.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with data integration and management tools.
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing processes for automation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
