What are we looking for?

• Provide functional and technical support for problem resolution, incidents, issues, requests, and client queries.
• Link with other support teams or product teams as needed to solve request issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.
• Provide customer service technology support.
• Quality assurance control.

Type of work/hiring:

• CLT - 6x1 shift (options: 1:00 PM to 7:20 PM and 8:00 AM to 2:20 PM).
• Hybrid model for Recife region (Pernambuco).

Required: Advanced English.
