AI/ML Engineer

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required. 15 years full time education required.

Roles & responsibilities include being a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, having influencing and advisory skills, and being responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements in existing processes.

Professional & technical skills include proficiency in responsible AI, strong understanding of AI ethics and compliance frameworks, experience with cloud platforms and services related to AI deployment, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions that meet business needs.
