Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models, and working on diverse projects that may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. This position demands continuous innovation and collaboration to deliver scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions that meet organizational goals and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to address complex challenges.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing algorithms.
• Familiarity with production pipeline development ensuring scalable and maintainable AI solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML). This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
