As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning workflows to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines for AI applications.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network design.
• Ability to develop and maintain scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Competence in integrating AI services with on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
