Key Responsibilities:

1. We are seeking highly skilled professionals to lead the design and implementation of advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
2. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, and modern AI orchestration frameworks to build intelligent, autonomous agents that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
3. Architect and develop agentic AI workflows leveraging Semantic Kernel for prompt engineering, memory, and skill orchestration.
4. Build and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, integrating multi-modal models and tools.
5. Design scalable solutions for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and knowledge-grounded AI.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into applications and cloud platforms.
7. Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of AI solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 yrs of work experience
• 4 years in AI ML development, with at least 2 years in Generative AI and agentic systems
• Expertise in Semantic Kernel skills, planners, connectors and Azure AI Foundry agents, orchestration
• Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and cloud native architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering, and tool integration
• Familiarity with AppSec and secure AI deployment practices
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Experience in enterprise AI adoption and MLOps

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
