Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams to create value across projects of different scopes and scales, all while maintaining a cloud-first and mobile-first mindset. You will be instrumental in guiding Application Development Teams towards innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and support their career development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
• Strong understanding of modular architecture and integration techniques.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles and mobile application development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
