Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• DR Execution Lead – Foundation Apps: Executes DR scenarios for foundational services (e.g., SSO, RBAC).
• Ensures service availability and integration post-failover.
• Must to have skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), Database Architecture, Cloud Security Architecture.
• Good to have skills: Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes. Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
