Job Summary: You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. Areas of Work: UKG Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities: As part of these, you will drive the following:

• Assist in UKG solution delivery and configuration for workforce management solutions (UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, etc.).
• Support detailed UKG configuration: Learn and apply customization techniques within the UKG architecture & landscape.
• Collaborate with senior team members and clients: Participate in design sessions, requirement gathering, and solution implementation activities.
• Perform hands-on delivery of UKG Dimensions features such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Analytics, and Payroll under supervision.
• Contribute to project delivery workstreams across phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Assist in UKG Implementation and Enhancements: Across the lifecycle with multiple geographies, acting as a workforce management solution support analyst.
• Learn and apply best practices based on UKG standards.
• Participate in practice-specific initiatives including creating reusable assets, performing analysis on industry research, and bringing in innovative solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of UKG Dimensions, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Payroll, Analytics, and Workforce Management.
• Ability to learn and apply business analysis skills: Focus on process analysis and designing/redesigning workforce management processes.
• Hands-on experience or training in UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, or UKG Analytics – Knowledge of UKG Ready is good to have.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders across multiple geographic areas.
• Ability to work in high-paced and complex projects under supervision.
• UKG certification or training in one or more focused solution areas—UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, UKG Analytics, etc.—is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Has an inquisitive nature with a strong desire to learn

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience is required

Educational Qualification: Graduation required
