Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for order processing within Accelleron's Digital Division. Together with our collaborative and supportive team, you will help ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire ordering process and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate technical and commercial order entry in the SAP system
  • Handle software subscription business (e.g. annually invoiced licenses)
  • Prepare quotations (including follow-ups) and support the sales team
  • Process transactions such as order confirmations, order changes, and invoicing
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
  • Handle customer complaints, freight forwarder claims, and insurance cases
  • Support sales and operations teams to ensure efficient order execution and delivery
  • Proactively inform customers about order status and clarify any inquiries
  • Maintain master data, create new customer records, and handle general administrative tasks
  • Use project management skills to analyze data and processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. automation, tools, and process optimization)
  • Monitor overdue invoices and support the dunning process
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc requests
  • Contribute to the S/4HANA integration project

Your Background

  • Commercial or technical qualifications, with further education in a business-related field
  • Several years of professional experience in order processing and customer support
  • Proficient in SAP R/3 (SD module), S/4HANA, and MS Office tools
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal communication skills; team spirit essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, with good German skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
