Full-time Temp Set Schedule: Day Shift 9am - 9pm 3-12s and every other weekend rotation
$35 per hour for full-time temp This is a Temporary assignment and not an agency contract. We do not cover travel stipends or reimbursements for travel. Not benefit eligible. 13-week temp assignment Opportunity to convert to Part or Full-Time at the end of the duration
Maple Heights Behavioral Health is a new, 120-bed inpatient hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, that will provide comprehensive treatment for adolescents, adults, and seniors who are struggling with acute symptoms of a variety of mental health disorders. PURPOSE STATEMENT: Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice, as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
OTHER FUNCTIONS: Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required. One or more years' of nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: Current LPN/LVN license as required by state. CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
