As Operations and Retail Manager for Go Buses, you will oversee the day-to-day passenger experience on Academy's inter-city bus routes. You will directly contribute to Go Buses growth and success as a hands-on leader. You will work cross-functionally and establish relationships with terminal Operations and Maintenance leadership, front-line schedulers, dispatchers, planners and drivers to promote teamwork and efficiency. Your goals will include safety, customer service, and driving long term profitability. You will interact with Microsoft Office applications and Academy's technology systems, including dispatching software, scheduling programs, GPS trackers, and ticketing solutions. You will coordinate field dispatchers and customer service representatives to maintain adequate customer service levels. You will build and develop cross-functional relationships with terminal leadership teams. This role is based from Academy's facilities within the Go Buses footprint. You will be hands-on, supervising operations that today stretch from New England to Virginia. Site visits may require occasional overnight travel. You must be available to work on holidays and weekends to meet our operational needs. This position reports to the Director of Strategic Planning. Full Time Position. Salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
