We are looking for a curious, analytical, and adaptable Desktop Engineer to join our team. This role is intentionally designed for an individual who has strong transferable skills in data analysis, testing, and coding.
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Support data-driven decision-making through data mining and analytics
Participate in testing activities across software, hardware, and business processes
Assist in designing and executing test cases and documenting outcomes
Contribute to automation and process optimization through basic coding/scripting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working
Identify gaps in current workflows and propose practical, innovative solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Data Mining Skills: Ability to gather, clean, and organize data from various sources
Data Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze datasets and extract meaningful insights
Testing Skills: Exposure to or understanding of testing approaches (software, hardware, or process testing)
Coding Skills: Basic proficiency in any programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
Attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Diploma/Degree or coursework in any of the following (or similar):
Engineering
Mathematics / Statistics
Science
Economics / Data-related fields
