The role plays a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting regulatory adherence, and assisting frontline and project teams to meet customer refresh timelines.

Role Purpose
The Customer Refresh Project Support role exists to support the Bank's customer data and KYC refresh initiatives, ensuring that customer information and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and internal requirements.
The role plays a key part in maintaining data quality, supporting regulatory adherence, and assisting frontline and project teams to meet customer refresh timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of customer refresh activities in line with KYC and AML requirements
- Review customer information and documentation received to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation with customers or internal stakeholders
- Update customer records accurately on the relevant systems
- Assist the project team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to the customer refresh initiative
- Track progress of assigned customer files and escalate delays or issues where required
- Maintain accurate records and reports for monitoring and audit purposes
- Liaise with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner to obtain required information
- Work closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to support timely completion of refresh activities
- Respond to queries related to documentation and customer refresh requirements
- Ensure activities are conducted in line with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times
- Support audits and reviews by providing required documentation and information
Qualifications
Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification
Key Skills & Competencies
- Previous experience in a banking, financial services, or administrative environment will be an advantage.
- Exposure to customer service, data handling, or documentation review is desirable.
- Experience in project or operational support roles will be considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to handle confidential information and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of KYC, customer data, or compliance processes (training will be provided)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently.
Education
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
