About the role
Aberdeen's HR Systems Squad sits within the Corporate Technology Office, this is responsible for managing Aberdeen's core HR systems with Workday being its strategic tool of choice. Aberdeen is live with Workday Core HCM, Recruitment, Payroll, Extend, Talent and Help. We have an exciting roadmap ahead of us to further enhance our systems architecture over the next 3 years and embed and enhance ways of working.
This position sits within the HR Systems Team and is responsible for configuring, developing and maintaining Aberdeen's Workday infrastructure. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst with proven expertise in Workday to join our HRIS team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of our Workday system, ensuring it supports our HR processes and strategic goals effectively.
