Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Deliver annual sales target, regional plans and strategies
- Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget
- Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve in-market sales target
- Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional technical support
- To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
- To review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
- Monthly/weekly business reports to national sales manager/business unit director
- Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested
- Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM policy and requirement
- Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM
- Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM are executed
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Industry experience: 5 years or more of medical device industry is preferred
- Job experience:
- 10 years of sales experience in hospital environment OR, 5 year of medical industry sales experience
- Specific job requirement:
- Frequent travelling to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings
- On call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours
- Able to work on weekends during scientific meetings/workshops
