This position is located in Lima - San Isidro in the nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. As a Coordinator of Trade, you will be responsible for coordinating all actions that are carried out in the Market to generate the expected sales sell out in each channel. You are responsible for designing, coordinating the execution and evaluating in terms of financial and commercial aspects of each of these activities, from the role that each channel plays in the strategic market vision.
What you will do:
- Design the promotional plan in accordance with the business objectives at the IMS, TMS, and MS level and the market needs.
- Control the efficient level of investment to achieve the growth objectives and adjusted to the assigned budget in GtN and A&P.
- Follow up on the promotional growth plans to validate their effectiveness or, failing that, make corrections to the plan that ensure the achievement of the objective.
- Analyze the ROI of core promotional campaigns and let the learnings help us to be more assertive in our design and implementation of the plan.
- Detect market growth opportunities and take them quickly and efficiently.
- Keep all the documentary part of the business management in order: OC, on time invoice entry.
- Management of suppliers according to their KPIs agreed in contract
- Management of provisions and exhaustive control of these, as well as understanding the impact on our P&L in each month end.
- Support to KAM in the management of the channel from the strategic and tactical criteria of the promotional plan and market growth
- Coordination with PM's to carry out the projects of pull generation in each brand, according to Grid, tracked the performance at the level of volume, GTN, A&P, ROI (according to brand strategy, volume or initiation).
- Proper management of the promotional material that is placed in the Point of Sale, under the guidelines of the company (Ensure that the promotional material is approved in VODORI and approve the color test elaborated by the supplier, archiving the corresponding records).
Qualifications required:
- Professionals in industrial engineering, administration, marketing.
- Experience of 2 years in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing areas.
- Advanced Excel level.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to work in San Isidro.
