Responsible for the third shift, custodial operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within a large account. Supervises frontline staff to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees nightly inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.

PAY: $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour

-Manage and provide leadership to Leads, Floor Techs, and cleaning staff assigned to the buildings.
-Assist with the training of the cleaning team
-Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
-Manage security of keys and access cards for the property.
-Report work orders for maintenance.
-Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
-Complete order forms completely and accurately.
-Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
-Manage daily employee lunches and breaks.
-Maintain daily shift report for managers.
-Perform basic administrative, payroll and attendance functions (as required).
-Maintain communication with Account Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.
-Provide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
-Ensure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.
-Work with leadership to ensure all callouts are covered.
-Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
-Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
-Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
-Ensure that services are performed as contracted and directed by account Project Manager.
-Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
-Enforce the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
-Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
-Attend ABM training workshops when scheduled.
-Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state and local government regulations.
-Ensure that all paperwork, including terminations is submitted to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
-Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
-Responsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.
-Perform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time.
-Good communication skills both written and verbal, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
-6 - 8 years of floor care experience is a hard requirement
-Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
-Proven ability to manage a large team and/or staff.
