Develop and execute a plan that achieves established metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunities.
Understand the needs and expectations of customers, the territorial market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, indications, products, clinical and sales experience and share this market intelligence information with the field team, brand team and sales manager to achieve alignment, anticipate changes and challenges in the environment and optimize the brand strategy and its execution.
Territory analysis based on data: management of digital tools, audits, market studies, KPIs to maximize opportunities.
Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with assigned stakeholders and identify, develop and maintain Opinion Leaders and Speakers to maximize brand performance.
