Site Operations Coordinator

The Site Operations Coordinator's primary functions are to execute and manage assigned projects, manage SAP/SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) orders, track and report business metrics, and assist the various function in site operations to execute the management control system. The Site Operations Coordinator will drive multiple projects while working directly with key stakeholders and leaders. Knowledge of the business and ability to work in a matrix environment is key to success. This role is accountable for delivering successful tools and reports to the management control system in place at site.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the site leadership to manage, oversee and support day-to-day execution of the management control system of the plant to ensure and maintain site effectiveness.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting key communications, preparing, and coordinating business deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations), following up on action items from regular staff meetings, and other tasks to help facilitate effective leadership of the organization
  • Collects, reports, and manages key metrics on established business processes, e.g. Perfect Index, PITs, Performance Healthchecks.
  • Facilitates and arranges for site specific events such as All Employee Meetings, audits, trainings, plant tours, etc.
  • Participates as needed in special department projects.
  • Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for site communications and SharePoint.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent years of administrative experience
  • SAP and SharePoint proficiency required, Soltraqs experience preferred.
  • Data import and analysis through MS Office tools (Excel, Power BI, & PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated strong collaborative skills in working with people across functions and levels
  • Working knowledge of plant operations
  • Analytical problem solving required for troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly related to Enterprise Resource Planning systems (i.e SAP, Cognos, SharePoint, and similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects requiring minimal supervision
  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing knowledge preferred, including knowledge of regulations and standards
  • Ability to provides primary support for the Site Management Team as required
  • Must be able to acquire, maintain, and track miscellaneous data on site business processes

Pay Range: $30.7 - 55.4 USD

Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
