Customer Support Specialist (Laboratory Diagnostics Division)
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing company clients with consultations regarding analyzers, systems, and tools by telephone, email, or online tools
- Maintaining appropriate reporting on interaction with clients in accordance with Abbott's quality standards, legal regulations, corporate policies, and customer service procedures
- Organizing training for clients on the correct operation of Abbott equipment
- Outbound consultations on client territory to solve applied issues, conduct training and training events for equipment operators
Profile of a Successful Candidate:
- Higher specialized education (medical or biological)
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory (doctor-laborant, doctor of quality control, etc.) for 1 year
- Possession of driving license
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in English at the intermediate level and above
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and grammatically both verbally and in writing
- Analytical abilities
- Desirable experience working on similar automated analytical systems
- Desirable knowledge of the algorithms for conducting quality control in routine laboratory practice
