To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of:

Service Engineer

Main tasks:

• Conducting installations, upgrades, routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of laboratory equipment
• Communication with customers
• Consultations with company staff on equipment
• Performing administrative tasks within the stipulated time frame and informing the manager of any difficulties; strict adherence to the quality regulations
• Inventory of used spare parts
• Filling out and providing service reports, ensuring data accuracy, working in the SRM system
• Interaction with customer service specialists to ensure the best quality of support
• Compliance with company rules in terms of discipline and communication ethics

Profile of a successful candidate:

• Ability to solve complex technical problems for customers
• Ability to prioritize and manage assigned service tasks within limited time
• Skills in working and interacting in a cross-functional team
• Balance between technical expertise and customer communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline
• Experience in repairing, maintaining, and diagnosing medical equipment for at least 1 year (preferably in working with laboratory equipment)
