Responsibilities

• Support the areas of Production Design Transfer, Design Services, Change Engineering, and Production Documentation
• Point of contact for topics from the Operations area with a focus on external production partners
• Implementation and follow-up of technical changes based on production feedback
• Transfer of DMR (Device Master Record) data into production
• Support of administrative tasks within a product launch
• Processing of assigned tickets
• Data upload/download from the Abbott Product Lifecycle Management System
• Responsible for internal projects and task tracking
• Support in Operations Project Management
• Preparation of presentations and analysis of relevant KPIs
• Support in daily operations

Requirements and Qualifications

• Enrolled student
• Technical basic knowledge
• Good English and fluent German skills
• Good MS Office skills (focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• Responsible hands-on mentality with high result orientation and strong communication skills
• Motivation and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes and topics
