Responsibilities
- Support the areas of Production Design Transfer, Design Services, Change Engineering, and Production Documentation
- Point of contact for topics from the Operations area with a focus on external production partners
- Implementation and follow-up of technical changes based on production feedback
- Transfer of DMR (Device Master Record) data into production
- Support of administrative tasks within a product launch
- Processing of assigned tickets
- Data upload/download from the Abbott Product Lifecycle Management System
- Responsible for internal projects and task tracking
- Support in Operations Project Management
- Preparation of presentations and analysis of relevant KPIs
- Support in daily operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Enrolled student
- Technical basic knowledge
- Good English and fluent German skills
- Good MS Office skills (focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- Responsible hands-on mentality with high result orientation and strong communication skills
- Motivation and enthusiasm for actively shaping processes and topics
