OVERVIEW:
MAIN DUTIES:
- Plan and develop the business operation system in the assigned sales region according to the business office's direction.
- Create accurate customer lists and organize the correct sales route for salesmen in the responsible area.
- Upgrade and maintain strategic relationships with sales points/customers.
- Check the outstanding debts of sales employees.
- Gather information on competitors.
- Analyze business efficiency on investment capital and monitor the outstanding debts of NPP.
- Supervise the activities of each salesperson to ensure the completion of assigned plans and targets.
- Train and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle business-related issues in the assigned area within the defined authority.
- Perform other tasks related to the company's overall goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from college/university: Preferably in economics or business.
- At least 4 years of experience in business, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role achieving high results with a team of 6-8 members.
- Ability to handle, implement activities to achieve targets through skills in local supervision, sales line management, meetings, communication, negotiation, teamwork, and customer service.
- Ability to positively handle pressure, clearly assign targets to each employee, and help them achieve targets.
- Prefer candidates with experience in the dairy/fast-moving consumer goods sector.
