Abbott Vascular Position

The position will be filled in the Region Bremen, Osnabrück, Hannover in the field of Vascular - Abbott Medical GmbH. Abbott Vascular offers innovative, minimally invasive products for the treatment of vascular diseases.

Your responsibilities – structured, responsible, evidence-based:

  • You are responsible for the sales in your sales area in the field of endovascular products.
  • You build, maintain, and develop sustainable customer relationships at all levels and taking into account our customer segmentation.
  • Your focus is on the care of clinical users, supplemented by the basic support of contacts in purchasing and administration.
  • You develop customer-specific concepts taking into account current market changes.
  • You implement strategies and concepts in line with the core objectives of Abbott Vascular and follow them up.
  • You work on projects and actively bring your ideas into interdisciplinary teams.
  • You analyze your sales area and strategically plan based on the company's objectives.
  • You regularly conduct quarterly and annual discussions to further develop business relationships.
  • You represent the company at endovascular congresses and work closely with marketing in coordinating.
  • You comply with all relevant Abbott guidelines and procedural instructions.

  • You make decisions based on well-founded data analyses and derive targeted measures from them.
  • Analytical thinking and strategic foresight characterize you – you recognize connections, assess market potentials, and develop sustainable sales strategies from them.
  • Ideally, you have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial or clinical training.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the endovascular environment, is an advantage.
  • You convince through negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive approach to change are among your strengths.
  • You find the balance between customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Self-responsibility, initiative, and above-average engagement are self-evident for you.
  • Good IT skills and secure English language skills complete your profile.
