Monthly/Weekly Business Reports to National Sales Manager/Business Unit Director
Provide Timely and Comprehensive Market Information to Management as Requested
Handle and Process Customer Complaints in Timely Manner and According to SJM Policy and Requirement
Execute the Job Responsibilities According to Applicable Standard Operating Procedures of SJM
Ensure Applicable Standard Operating Procedures of SJM Are Executed
Perform Other Related Functions and Responsibilities Assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
Industry Experience: 5 Years or More of Medical Device Industry Is Preferred
Job Experience:
10 Years of Sales Experience in Hospital Environment OR, 5 Year of Medical Industry Sales Experience
Specific Job Requirement:
Frequent Travelling to Customer Clinics, Hospitals and Offsite Meetings
On Call for Emergency/Follow-Ups Cases During Weekends or After Office Hours
Able to Work on Weekends During Scientific Meetings/Workshops
Self-Motivated and Possesses the Drive to Achieve Results
Team Player, and Must Be Able to Work Independently as Well
