As an installation and ATEX-responsible engineer, you will be responsible for NEN 3140 and will work on the entire electrical installation of the Abbott Nutrition factory and the associated warehouse in Zwolle. Your work area ranges from the purchasing station to the production equipment, including work in the fields of medium voltage, transformer, and low voltage installations. You will also contribute to the energy transition and prepare the location for future electrification.

In addition to maintaining the equipment, you will play a role in various expansion projects. Both internally and externally, you will ensure proper stakeholder alignment to achieve the implementation of electrical work.

Your main tasks and responsibilities?

Given the complexity of the location, you start as a work responsible and are trained internally to become the installation responsible for the electrical installations. You will ensure that the installation meets the appropriate standards (including NEN 1010, NEN 3140 electrical industrial installations).

You will work on a multi-year maintenance plan for the electrical installation.

You will be responsible for the maintenance management system for the electrical work.

You will work on electrical standardization.

You will be a team member of replacement projects and a knowledge carrier in the electrical field.

You will ensure the proper communication to third parties.

You will guide contractors in carrying out modifications and check their work.

What knowledge and experience do you bring?

You have a completed education in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a similar field.

You have, preferably, knowledge and experience in a GMP/hygienic environment.

You like to collaborate and are communicatively skilled.

You are pragmatic, get things done, and can juggle multiple tasks at once.

You can combine theory and practice and alternate between them.
