The production facility in Belgorod produces about 100 drugs for the treatment of oncology, liver diseases, central nervous system and skin, gastrointestinal tract, as well as products for women's health.

To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Project Engineer in the direction of automation.

What you will be doing:

• Development and leadership of the industrial automation direction
• Preparation and implementation of projects aimed at improving production and related processes (production equipment, engineering systems, automation, construction, etc.)
• Implementation of improvements in the automation of processes (development of technical solutions, formation of a list of necessary equipment, implementation, support)

Required requirements:

• Higher technical education (automation direction is preferred)
• Experience in the design and implementation of automation of production, ventilation, and energy equipment
• Development of programs for industrial controllers using TIA Portal and STEP7 software for Siemens equipment
• Knowledge of STL, FBD, LAD languages
• Building SCADA level systems
• Settings for data exchange with automation devices using standard industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet)
• Knowledge of English at least pre-Intermediate (conversational skills, reading technical documentation, and correspondence)

It will be a significant advantage:

• Knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the production of pharmaceuticals
• Experience in building MES level systems
• Experience in the development of automated ERP systems
• Experience in programming robotic systems (Fanuc, Kuka, etc.)
• Experience in developing environments Codesys, MELSEC (Gx Works), Desigo, Studio 5000, etc.
• Experience working with Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, B&R, Segnetics, Delta, Owen equipment
• Experience in developing SCADA systems WinCC, Zenon, Wonderware, Ignition
• Configuring data exchange according to protocols BACnet, ProfiBus, OPC technology (UA, DA)
• Skills in working with databases (SQL, MySQL, Postgres)
