This position reports to:

HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

In your role as an intern in the human resources department, you will take on various tasks to provide operational and administrative support to the HR team and actively contribute to the implementation of central HR processes and projects.

The work schedule for this position is: #LI-Hybrid

You are mainly responsible for:

• Support in the preparation and execution of HR processes (e.g., onboarding or personnel meetings)
• Assistance in the maintenance of personnel files and HR systems
• Support in the recruitment process (e.g., applicant management, appointment scheduling)
• Participation in HR projects and internal communication measures (e.g., site newsletter)
• Creation of evaluations, presentations, and reports

Qualifications for the role

• Study of business administration (BWL) with a focus on HR, business psychology, business law, or similar
• Interest in HR topics and ideally first practical experience in the personnel area
• Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Fluent German and English skills
• Independent and structured working method
