This position reports to the Workshop Manager.

Role and Responsibilities

To our operation in Mölndal, we are now looking for an engaged service technician who wants to become a part of our successful team. As a service technician with us, you are offered a permanent position in a leading organization where you report directly to the workshop manager and work both in our workshop in Mölndal and out at the customer. The role is varied and includes work during the day in a stimulating environment where your technical competence and problem-solving ability are given great scope. You will have an important role in contributing to high operational reliability and customer satisfaction by delivering top-class service.

Your Main Tasks

• Perform preventive maintenance on electric motors and generators
• Conduct troubleshooting both in the workshop and at the customer
• Repair and refurbish electrical machines according to given specifications
• Ensure documentation and follow-up of work performed in accordance with internal routines

Your Background

• Background as an electrician, industrial electrician, or equivalent mechanical experience together with a technical interest
• Experience in repair and service or industrial technology
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Truck and traverse cards are meritorious. Experiences of condition monitoring/vibration measurement are meritorious
• You are creative and quick in thought, a meticulous problem solver who puts safety as the first priority
• You take responsibility for your work, are structured, and work both independently and well together with others
• B-driving license is a requirement as travel in the job occurs
