This position reports to:

Service Sales Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid/remote. This role is contributing to the product group/business area/division/function in the region. Main stakeholders are the main stakeholder groups if available.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
  • Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
  • Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
  • Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications for the Role (Mandatory)

You are immersed in/engaged in/absorbed in/highly skilled in/you enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies and the relevant industry/sector market.

Ability to demonstrate your experience in/have established skills/advanced skills/you have years of experience in the relevant field (optional: working as a relevant role with relevant products or technologies).

Possess an enhanced knowledge of/you are qualified in/highly adept in specialized software/platforms.

You are passionate about/you are captivated by/you are innovative around relevant soft skills and relevant soft skills.

Degree in/have a demonstrated track record in/extensive knowledge of/proven experience of specific degree, qualification in subject.

You are at ease communicating in required language skill(s).

You hold current required licenses valid in the job location and country-specific VISA/work permit where required.
