This Position Reports To:

Business Manager - Commercial & Operations

Your Role and Responsibilities

Implements service strategy and drives service growth at Process Automation Energy Industries. Leads the Service organization to achieve performance targets.

  • Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Leads and develops a team of 4, including Service Sales Specialists and Technical Account Managers.
  • Identifies and evaluates new opportunities with existing and potential Installed Base Service customers.
  • Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Promotes productized service offerings and marketing materials to enhance market reach.
  • Manages service contracts and technical account relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Analyze, maintain, and leverage ABB's installed base to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Acts as a central liaison with Service Managers across countries and the Hub Central & Southern Europe.
  • Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS).

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in service roles within control systems (e.g., Service Engineer/Manager, Sales Specialist/Manager).
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Knowledge of automation and electrical service offerings (e.g., service agreements, upgrades).
  • Industry expertise in Power Generation, Water, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Refineries.
  • Proficiency in ABB control systems, especially 800xA AC800M; experience with other ABB platforms (Freelance, Symphony Plus Harmony/Melody, Advant, AC500) and/or excitation systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, native in Turkish.
