Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid (3 to 4 days in the office per week)

  1. Managing field service jobs and service projects, from order to completion.
  2. Coordinating the quoting of reactive service.
  3. Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate the issues identified.
  4. Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Maintaining and monitoring calibration, competency and certification database.
  6. Collaborating with team managers and other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.

Qualifications for the role

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Service Coordination & at least 2 years experience working on induction requirements for Mining sites or similar.
  • You are passionate about growing the business, finding the most effective ways to get things done and having the ownership to improve our processes and offerings to best align with what our customers need.
  • You are at ease communicating effectively, internal with colleagues and externally with customers and suppliers.
  • You have current Australian work rights.
